On the menu for one day only is our $45 Slow-Roasted Porchetta with our famous chicken wing jus (and yes, there will be crackling).
To ensure we’re serving up the juiciest pork and the crispiest crackle, we’ll need to start this process several days in advance, so make sure you book your table because it won’t be available to order on the day. Our regular a la carte menu will still be available.
