Truffle lovers get excited. To celebrate truffle season, we’ve introduced a set dinner menu that features truffle in every course and is available from Friday 9th July.
You can pre-order the set menu or purchase it on the night. Your truffle feast starts with woodfired sourdough with truffle cultured butter, stracciatella, seaweed and sprouted buckwheat. Followed by an entrée of Fremantle mushroom ragout with potato and ricotta dumpling, truffle and chestnut pangratatto. Your main meal is a wood grilled black angus beef fillet with rainbow carrots, baby white onions, black truffles and Davidson’s plum sauce, plus sides of crispy potatoes and a winter leaf salad. Dinner concludes with truffle honey cheesecake with Jerusalem artichoke ice-cream, apple, brique and macadamia.
